When will I receive my hole assignment?
When should I arrive to set up?
Set up will start one hour before Breakfast/Check-In. We have limited golf carts available to take sponsors to their designated holes, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure set-up before Players arrive for Breakfast & Check-In.

To ensure an elevated, consistent experience for every player on the course, we require all Hole Sponsors to come prepared with the following:
- 10×10 shade structure
- 6′ or 8′ folding table + tablecloth
- A few folding chairs
- Company materials (business cards, brochures, etc.)
- Branded swag to hand out at your hole
We also strongly encourage every sponsor to bring a game or activation at their hole. The best holes are the ones players are still talking about at lunch, a challenge, a giveaway, a surprise – whatever fits your brand. Need ideas? Reach out to claire@skyshare.com and we’re happy to brainstorm with you.

That said, if you have clients or colleagues who fly private or have been curious about it, we’d love to have them join as players. The Invitational is exactly the kind of setting where great conversations happen naturally. Just reach out to claire@skyshare.com and we’ll see what we can make work.
